Who am I?

I am a white, queer, nonbinary Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) residing in Portland, OR, on the unceded land of the Multnomah, Wasco, Cowlitz, Kathlamet, Clackamas, Chinook, Tualatin Kalapuya, and Molalla peoples.

My personal journey in slowing down and listening to my body has brought profound changes in my life. I have learned that I have the capacity to experience and cope with the rollercoaster of life and connect with pleasure even through times of deep suffering. It has been an honor to support others down this path as well.

My license number is L17318

I received my master’s degree in social work at San Francisco State University in 2017. I have worked both in direct client care and program management. I have experience working with youth and young adults, specifically those who identify as part of the LBGTQ2SIA+ community. Outside of paid work, I have found a home in community organizing.

Starting in 2022, I started my journey to become a somatic sex educator at the Institute for the Study of Somatic Sex Education. I am committed to creating a welcoming, expansive and affirming space where you can explore, discover, and ultimately connect with yourself.

Currently I am only seeing clients via telehealth through a secure platform but I plan to incorporate in-person sessions as an option beginning in 2027.
