What To Expect From Sessions
My therapeutic approach is client-centered & collaborative.
During our initial sessions, I will spend time getting to know you by gathering information and asking directive questions to better understand your experiences, goals, and areas of concern. As therapy progresses, our work together will become more collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, and sessions may include conversation, mindfulness practices, guided exercises, or exploration of emotional and bodily experiences depending on what feels most supportive for you.

Our sessions may leave you feeling emotionally raw or reflective as we work through complex issues, but my goal is for you to consistently feel understood & supported throughout the process. You can expect to leave sessions with greater self-awareness, deeper insight into your experiences & relationships, & practical tools for communication, emotional regulation, & stress management.
