My Approach
I use a combination of slowing down, mindfulness and self-compassion to honor the body’s wisdom, invite pleasure, explore consent & acknowledge the impact of systemic oppression.
What I offer:
I am here to hold space for you to work through feelings of anxiety, depression, shame and other difficulties while inviting in pleasure, desire, deep joy and community building.
The Process:
Connect
We begin with a free consultation to talk about what's bringing you to therapy and what you're hoping to find. This is a chance for us to get to know one another, answer any questions you may have, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
Explore
Together, we'll create space to slow down and listen more closely to your experiences. Through conversation, mindfulness, and attention to the body, we'll explore patterns, emotions, and relationships with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment.
Integrate
As our work deepens, we'll focus on creating meaningful & lasting change. My goal is to help build a stronger connection to yourself, develop tools for navigating life's challenges, & move toward a life that feels more authentic, grounded, and fulfilling.
